Safeguarding at Swanlea is a key part of our school.  Keeping our young people safe is our number one priority.

We work with our young people and also parents / carers to ensure that pupils are able to lead healthy and happy lives.  From regular assemblies, to presentations and workshops for pupils, parents and carers, our young people are provided with support and guidance to keep themselves and their peers safe and well.

As a school we pride ourselves on the whole school approach to promoting our student’s emotional well-being in order to maintain good mental health.

Please take time to look at our Stand Up Speak Out campaign designed to support our student to have the courage to acknowledge when something is wrong, to be part of positive change, to put safety and education of others first and knowing who to go to for help.
