Congratulations to our fantastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs), who have officially completed their two-year Early Career Teacher induction programme.

The occasion was marked with a special presentation and refreshments, providing an opportunity to recognise their hard work, reflect on their journey and celebrate this well deserved success together.
Over the past two years, our ECTs have demonstrated exceptional dedication, resilience and professionalism as they have developed their teaching practice and grown in confidence. They have embraced new challenges, reflected on their experiences and continually refined their skills, making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of our students.
As educators, they play a vital role in shaping the next generation, inspiring young people to reach their potential and equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need for the future.
