Junkitecture Challenge

Celebrating Architecture has partnered with Open City to create an innovative online learning platform and they have launched a lockdown-friendly, virus-proof challenge that involves building the London skyline with materials you have at home.

Junkitecture Challenge

This challenge will make you think like an architect and turn waste into a skyline.

The activities are for children, parents, carers and teachers or anyone who has a creative inclination to take part with easy to follow instructions and uses simple materials that you can find around the home, so everyone should be able to join in.

The first activity is a London Junk Skyline Challenge. Home educators will find everything they need, including step by step instructions, model making tips and techniques and all the details for the challenge.
