The #DailyMileAtHome will be producing weekly Challenges for schools, families, carers and children to use to encourage 15 minutes of jogging or running outside, in line with Government guidance. Instructions from the UK government are very clear – they are allowing us to take exercise outdoors, once a day, as long as we can keep a safe distance from others. The Challenges for week 1 are:
